Read five books or listen to five audio books between January 1 and March 31, 2008.
Print this form (or the pdf version) and write your books' titles, authors and a sentence describing each book on the form.
Turn in this form, or a new form, at the library counter every time you read five or more books to qualify for our district-wide Grand Prize Drawings. (See prize details.)
Must be 18 or older and a TRL cardholder.
TRL employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Only one grand prize per person.

Additional locally-awarded prizes are provided by your business community and the Friends of your Timberland Library.
