2008 User Survey Results

Timberland conducted a User Survey in Fall 2008 to determine how the public who uses the library perceives the library and its services.  Over 5500 surveys were completed either online or on paper in our 27 community libraries. Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey to tell us what we are doing right and where we could make improvements.
