Prize packets & hearty congratulations await library summer program participants
All children and teens who joined in the
Timberland Regional Library 2005 Summer Reading Program, "Dragons, Dreams & Daring Deeds," will want to stop by their library by Labor Day to pick up their prize packets, if they haven’t already. Prizes include coupons for free pizza and admissions to regional attractions for all participants. Many library branches are also awarding extra prizes (such as books!), provided by Friends of the Library groups, local businesses and other organizations. It will be helpful if children bring the prize claim form that was included in the start-up book bags given out at libraries earlier this summer.All who took part in the 2005 Summer Reading Program will also be congratulated for developing their language and reading skills while having a great time at all the special presentations designed to stir the imagination.
