Labor center director to discuss local labor issues at Olympia library

Peter Kardas, Director of the Labor Education & Research Center at The Evergreen State College (TESC), will discuss the labor struggle for dignity and human rights, past and present, in the Olympia area. The program will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 30 at the Olympia Timberland Library, 313 8th Avenue SE, Olympia. Kardas will also take questions from the audience. The presentation is free of charge and open to the public. For more information, call the library reference desk at 352-0595.
