Library adds sessions of high-demand workshop on Medicare Rx plan choices

Due to overflow attendance at two recent Medicare Prescription Drug Program workshops, the Lacey Timberland Library has arranged three additional sessions for seniors with an advocate trained by the State Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Marika Bertoloni will lead hands-on workshops on the new Medicare prescription program from 9 to 11 a.m. on December 16, 29 and 30 at the library.

Seniors should bring their current drug information, including full cost before insurance. They are also welcome to bring related letters and notices they would like explained.

For more information, please contact the library’s reference desk at 491-3860.
