Ask a Librarian Chat Reference Service

Chat Reference Hours:

Librarians are available to answer your questions by chat 24 hours, 7 days a week.

TRL has joined a new Cooperative Chat Service with other libraries across the country in order to provide 24 hour service.

During other hours contact Ask A Librarian via email.

This service provides brief answers to factual questions and gives referrals to online or print resources or other agencies.

To use Chat to ask a question, enter your name, e-mail address and TRL Library Card number.

Then click the Chat button ONCE. A Chat window will open in another browser window on your computer. There may be a short delay before a librarian responds to your chat request.
