  Monday - Thursday 9am - 9pm
  Friday 9am - 6pm
  Saturday 9am - 5pm
  Sunday 1pm - 5pm
  Except holidays   
During other hours contact Ask A Librarian via email. 
This service provides brief answers to factual questions and gives referrals to online or print resources or other agencies.

To use Chat to ask a question, enter your name, e-mail address and TRL Library Card number. 

Then click the Chat button ONCE.  A Chat window will open in another browser window on your computer.  There may be a short delay before a librarian responds to your chat request.
