Raymond Library services:

  • Books, videotapes, DVDs, CDs, newspapers, magazines, audio- and videotapes for all ages and interests.
  • Downloadable audiobooks, videos and music.
  • Programs and events for children and adults.
  • Public computers with Internet, Microsoft Office, and online reference databases. 
  • Free wireless Internet access
  • A public meeting room can be reserved for community meetings and programs by calling the Library.

About the Library:

The Raymond Library was built in 1929 on land donated to the city for a library.   The neo-Tudor building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. 

Prior to the establishment of Timberland Regional Library, the Raymond library was the headquarters for the Pacific County Library District.

Join in a lively discussion of "Assassination Vacation" by Sarah Vowell. Books are available for check out at the circulation desk. Discussions are held in the library meeting room on the second Thursday of the month. This program is held outside of regular library open hours. The library will be open only for the program.
