It’s all about highlighting the lasting value of reading aloud with a child – nurturing and creating memories – modeling reading enjoyment – starting a habit of reading together – developing readers - helping children achieve future success at school.
It’s also a celebration of the birthdays of Dr. Seuss (March 2) and Beverly Cleary (April 12)
