We have a patron who has lived, worked and shopped in Westport for years. Last time she was in she picked up a book and movie she had mentioned she wanted while chatting with us on her previous visit. She was blown away, not realizing we placed them on hold while we talked. "You guys amaze me! I can't believe the great customer service I get at the library. It's the best in town." She said she was even going home to finish reading Fahrenheit 451 after talking to us about why it was an important book.
