We received an email from a patron telling us that her daughter had found a CD from one of our items and would be returning it shortly.  The note finished by thanking us for our kid-friendly atmosphere:
"Thanks for being such a kid-friendly library.  My grandson Max can't get enough of your kids books."  Always great feedback to hear!
