A patron came in and was talking about a book he had read many years ago that he just adored. He could not remember the name of the book or the author, but knew it was a Pulitzer-prize winner, and thought he had read it in the 70’s or 80’s. He said he would recognize the name if he heard it. In just a few minutes I found the title for him, and he was absolutely amazed that I found it with just that little bit of information!
