A patron called in to ask if we could help her post something for sale on Craigs list.  I said 'sure no problem'.  She said 'how much do you charge'.  I said 'free.  She said 'really'?  I said 'yes it is your tax dollars at work'.  When I helped her post her items she needed an email address which she didn't have.  I then proceeded to help her sign up for an email address.  She was super happy that someone would take the time to show her how to do this stuff.  Later that day I helped a patron scan her ID and email it.  She said 'I don't know what I would do if I didn't have a library'
