Over lunch, I went to a framing store to get an estimate to frame some historic photos to help celebrate the library's 100th anniversary. While waiting, a lady who was waiting behind me told me ours is her favorite library. I thanked her. She went on to say that she lives part of the year in a big city and uses the library there, too, but picks and chooses among their staff as to who is helpful and nice.
